By ionizing the atmospheric air, the MX4000 device produces an unstable allotropic form of oxygen – ozone O3.

Ozone, as a very strong oxidizer, removes all contamination from the cabin. It removes residual water collecting on the floor covering and A/C system evaporator.

It also eliminates unpleasant odors as well as fungi, bacteria and viruses dangerous to our health. Due to its high level of efficiency – over 4000 mg/h – the device works well for buses and larger vehicle cabins, it also enables much quicker decontamination of passenger cars. Ozone (O3) is a part of atmospheric air, generated as an effect of ultraviolet radiation. Ozone is heavier than air, unstable and quickly decomposing.

 

The decomposition process contributes to the increase of air temperature, humidity and pollution. Ozone decomposes in water quicker than in the air. In its gaseous form, ozone is transparent, with a blue tint in thicker layers. Liquid ozone is dark blue, solid state – nearly black. Ozone is very strong oxidant, much more potent than regular oxygen.
